"Paola teaches us at home in a group of 3 and we think she is a fantastic Pilates teacher. Her classes provide a challenging workout but we keep each other motivated and enjoy each lesson. Paola is great at keeping the momentum of the class going and making sure that we work as well as having a bit of a chat whilst we are at it. We all feel the benefits of the class in terms of our core muscles feeling stronger and would recommend small group lessons whole heartedly."

Natasha Kerry

Natasha undertook her initial teacher training in India at the Yoga Vidya Gurukul ashram run by Rishis initiated by Swami Niranjananda (Bihar School of Yoga), training in all aspects of the Hatha Yoga lifestyle; disciplines, physical postures (asana), purification procedures (shatkriya), poses (mudra), breathing (pranayama), and meditation. Following India, Natasha has undertaken an intensive Ashtanga course with John Scott and London based Baron Baptiste’s Vinyasa Power Yoga teacher training.

Having worked in Recruitment and Headhunting since leaving University, Natasha found yoga and immediately felt the need to reevaluate her career path. After the recession hit, a trip to India seemed like it was meant to be and since then she has dedicated all her attention to yoga and made huge lifestyle changes.

Natasha’s classes focus on rejuvenation, restoration and relaxation. She incorporates Vinyasa elements (great for warming up and stretching the muscles) with traditional Hatha postures (fantastic for sculpting, toning and improving balance) and breathing techniques to find that inner calm and connect with your true self.
