"Paola teaches us at home in a group of 3 and we think she is a fantastic Pilates teacher. Her classes provide a challenging workout but we keep each other motivated and enjoy each lesson. Paola is great at keeping the momentum of the class going and making sure that we work as well as having a bit of a chat whilst we are at it. We all feel the benefits of the class in terms of our core muscles feeling stronger and would recommend small group lessons whole heartedly."

Cynthia Willemsen

Cynthia has been a fitness and well-being consultant for 25 years in Canada, in the UK, British West Indies and the United States, giving her a unique and diverse style.

After working as a counsellor in India for several years, Cynthia made a transition into a Yogic lifestyle. She trained in Sivananda and Iyengar, and later travelled to California where she studied fusion Yoga with Maty Ezratzy and Chuck Miller of Yoga Works and Ana Forrest of Forrest Yoga.

Her continued international studies of both Iyengar and Ashtangar furnish her with a breadth of styles and knowledge which she translates into individually tailored classes for her students.

Her ten years as a Transpersonal Psychotherapist (MA DIP Psych) body worker and hypnotherapist suffuse her work with an holistic approach, encompassing the mind, body and spirit.
