Paola Di Lanzo

Paola’s career in health and fitness began 20 years ago in Australia. She completed her degree in Physical and Health Education in 1991 and went on to teach in secondary schools for two years. Paola always had a passion for fitness and nutrition so for her the natural progression was to move on to personal training. She continued this until 1998 in Australia then in London working in an exclusive gym in Knightsbridge where she trained celebrities, models and executives. In 2002, she became pregnant with her first child and had heard a lot of interesting things about Pilates through her clients and in the media. It was becoming the exercise of choice amongst the circle she was training and endorsed by the stars. After noticing it was particularly helpful for pre- and post-natal women, she decided to try this method of training. Pilates proved to be the perfect exercise for her pre-natally and extremely good at rehabilitating her body back into pre-baby shape.

Paola went on to study at The Pilates Institute and has done many work shops involving Pilates. For the next eight years, she has drawn on her own experiences and training to develop a Dynamic Pilates routine, which has proven to achieve excellent results. Whether it is fat loss, rehabilitation of minor injuries, improved posture, improved fitness, or to create long lean muscles, she will promise you results!
